1. Service

The Executive Desk is a personal professional-services platform through which eligible users may request or reserve private online or in-person sessions, including business, strategy, advisory and executive conversations.

2. No guaranteed acceptance

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, availability or a confirmed meeting. Physical-meeting requests may be reviewed for purpose, fit, timing, location and other practical considerations before approval.

3. Pricing and payment

Displayed prices apply to standard sessions unless otherwise stated. For Bangalore and Mysore physical meetings, the final approved fee may be set within the displayed range after reviewing the requirement, timing and venue. A booking is not confirmed until the applicable payment is successfully verified.

4. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact, profile and meeting information.
• Use the session for lawful and professional purposes.
• Attend at the agreed time and location or online link.
• Respect confidentiality, safety, venue rules and reasonable professional boundaries.
• Do not record, publish or commercially redistribute a private session without prior permission.

5. Rescheduling and cancellation

Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds are governed by the published Cancellation & Refund Policy. Where a session has additional terms shown during approval or confirmation, those specific terms also apply.

6. Professional nature of sessions

Sessions may involve business, strategy, career, planning or general professional discussion. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, they do not constitute legal, medical, tax, investment, regulated financial or other licensed professional advice.

7. Outcomes

No particular commercial, financial, career, investment, partnership or personal outcome is guaranteed. Decisions made after a session remain the customer's responsibility.

8. Conduct and refusal

The Executive Desk may decline or end a request or session where information is misleading, conduct is abusive or unsafe, the purpose is unlawful or inappropriate, or the engagement is otherwise unsuitable. Any applicable refund will be handled under the published refund terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Executive Desk website, brand, written materials, workflows and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Customer-provided materials remain the customer's responsibility and must not infringe third-party rights.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from a paid session will not exceed the amount actually paid for that specific session, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.

11. Governing framework

These terms are intended to operate under the laws applicable in India. Any dispute should first be raised through the Contact page so a good-faith resolution can be attempted.

12. Changes

The current version of these terms will always be published on this page. Material changes apply prospectively unless required otherwise by law.
