Depending on how you use the platform, we may collect your name, email address, mobile number, professional role, organisation or business details, website/profile links, meeting purpose, requested outcomes, preferred date/time/location, attendee count, booking history and communications.
Payment card, UPI or banking credentials are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by The Executive Desk.
2. How information is used
- Evaluate and respond to meeting or session requests.
- Arrange, confirm, reschedule, cancel and follow up on sessions.
- Create and verify payments, refunds and transaction records.
- Communicate operational notices and customer support responses.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate bookings and security incidents.
- Maintain records required for accounting, compliance and dispute handling.
3. Service providers
Information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers used to operate the platform, including hosting, database, payment, calendar, email or messaging providers. Each provider receives only the data reasonably required for its function.

Booking, payment, support and audit records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, accounting, legal compliance, security, dispute resolution and legitimate business records.

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, including protected administration, access controls, database policies and server-side payment verification. No internet system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

You may contact The Executive Desk to request correction of inaccurate personal information or to raise a privacy question. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.
7. Cookies and session storage
The platform may use essential browser storage or cookies required for authentication, session continuity, security and core functionality. Non-essential tracking will not be introduced without appropriate disclosure.
